Director Business Finance

As the Head of Business Finance, you will work closely with our leadership team, taking full ownership of P&L management, financial planning, and business decision support for both fintech and ecommerce verticals. This role is high-intensity and high-impact, requiring you to drive critical initiatives such as monthly business reviews, financial rigor across vertical heads, and commercial strategy. Your responsibilities will include leading business finance and FP&A for the financial services, owning end-to-end P&L management, working with vertical heads to drive unit-level profitability, driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, leading business efficiency and planning processes, conducting monthly business reviews, and tracking performance against targets. Additionally, you will partner with cross-functional leaders to support strategic decision-making and oversee the implementation and usage of business planning tools and ERP systems from a finance user perspective. You will also be responsible for leading and growing a team of 45 business finance professionals. To qualify for this role, you should have 8-10 years of experience in business finance/FP&A roles and prior experience in FinTech or ecommerce companies (NBFCs or traditional banks not included). Required skills include strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in financial planning tools and ERP systems. Preferred skills include experience in leading teams and knowledge of the fintech and ecommerce landscape.,
