Director - ASIC Design Verification

You are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to head ASIC Design Verification efforts. As the Director of ASIC Design Verification, you will be responsible for shaping the verification strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering industry-leading silicon products with first-pass success. Your qualifications should include a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field, along with 15+ years of hands-on experience in ASIC/SoC Design Verification, including 5+ years in technical leadership roles. You should have deep expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and coverage-driven verification, as well as a proven track record in delivering complex ASICs/SoCs from spec to tape out, with first-silicon success. Key Responsibilities: - Shape the verification strategy for ASIC Design and lead cross-functional teams. - Deliver industry-leading silicon products with first-pass success. - Utilize deep expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and coverage-driven verification. - Lead low-power verification methodologies, including UPF and power-aware testbench design. - Proficient in debugging, waveform analysis, and advanced scripting for automation. - Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills. - Lead global teams and collaborate across geographies and functions.
