Director - Accounting Advisory

Our Accounting Advisory Services team specializes in implementing Indian GAAP/ Ind AS/ IFRS, handling complex technical issues during transition and post-implementation. We provide support in preparing technical notes and management discussions, ensuring quality excellence & time efficiencies. We are currently seeking a Director for our Accounting Advisory department with 10+ years of experience and CA qualification. The Director will report to a Partner and will be responsible for various key roles and responsibilities: - Articulate the firm's FAAS solutions effectively to clients/prospects - Lead IPO advisory engagements, including IPO readiness and financial statements preparation - Assist in business combination accounting, financial statements, and Finance Transformation journeys - Develop new financial reporting solutions based on industry developments and CFO priorities - Manage client relationships, identify business opportunities, and propose appropriate approaches - Lead multiple FAAS engagements involving GAAP conversions, technical accounting, and finance transformation - Train staff on accounting/reporting changes and manage engagement economics - Engage in business development activities and brand building for the firm - Mentor teams for career growth, conduct performance reviews, and appreciate technology in service delivery The ideal candidate should possess competencies in Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Strategic Thinking, Creative Problem Solving & Decision Making, Interpersonal Relationship & Respect, and Innovation.
