Position Overview:

Assistant Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director in managing all phases of production, especially dubbing and post-production.
• Oversee dubbing sessions with voice artists, ensuring script accuracy, lip sync, and emotional tone.
• Collaborate with video editors and sound teams to ensure final content meets OTT delivery standards.
• Provide creative input during editing and dubbing processes to maintain storytelling integrity.
• Manage timelines and ensure on-schedule delivery of movies and series.
• Communicate with production, post, and content teams to align dubbing and editing workflows.
• Ensure quality control for final outputs – visuals, audio, sync, and subtitles.

Requirements:

• 1 to 7 years of experience in an Assistant Director or Post-Production role (especially in dubbing and editing).
• Strong command over dubbing workflows, including script adaptation, VO coordination, and final mixing.
• Proficient in editing tools like

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  Final Cut Pro

  DaVinci Resolve

• Understanding of OTT formats, audio-video specs, and delivery standards.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
