Role Overview: As the Director of Business Development at Iceberg Finance, you will be responsible for covering the territories of the South Shore of Montreal. Your role will involve promoting unique financing products to automotive dealers in the Quebec City territory, providing training to dealers, and ensuring profitable growth of client accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a client portfolio to achieve sales targets in a specific territory or market. - Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential new clients. - Track transactions and activities in the assigned territory using prospecting and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. - Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales, calls, and meeting targets. - Make cold calls to generate client meetings and present Iceberg Finance programs. - Keep customer data up to date in the CRM and manage the progress of client files in the acquisition process. - Assist in accounts receivable collection when required. - Conduct 6 to 8 visits to dealerships per day. - Represent Iceberg Finance at various events. - Contribute to the development of new service offerings or improvements to existing offerings to increase sales. - Perform other tasks and responsibilities defined by the management team. Qualifications: - Work experience in the automotive, financing, or insurance industries. - Sales experience with a track record of success in developing new markets. - Excellent communication skills. - Solution-oriented mindset. - Strong organizational, time management, and territory management skills. - Experience in public speaking, presentation, and relationship management.
