Role Overview:

As a Senior Direct Taxation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing direct tax matters for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Tax Compliance and Advisory:
Oversee direct tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely submission of tax returns and related documentation. Provide strategic tax advisory services to clients on various direct tax matters.
Tax Planning and Strategy:
Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to optimize clients' tax positions. Advise on complex direct tax issues, including corporate tax, income tax, capital gains tax, and other relevant areas.
Handling Appeals and Assessments:
Manage and resolve tax assessments, appeals, and disputes with tax authorities. Prepare and represent clients in hearings and negotiations.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored tax solutions.
