Direct Sales Representative

As a Sales Executive at this company, your role will involve achieving a target of Rs. 500,000 of secondary sales per month. You will be responsible for meeting retail consumers, as well as customers such as plumbers, contractors, and architects in the field, and also attending to walk-in customers at the store. It will be your duty to explain the product features, advantages, and benefits, and provide demonstrations as needed to effectively sell the products. Additionally, you will focus on creating demand for the products at the consumer level and guiding consumers and influencers like plumbers, contractors, and architects to the AP Home store. Your key responsibilities will include completing the sales process by ensuring billing to the end consumers, addressing consumer complaints regarding product usage, and recommending appropriate solutions. You will also be required to gather information on sales opportunities such as ongoing construction activities. Your time will be divided, with 70% spent in the field catering to customers, APH Store walk-ins, architects, and contractors, and the remaining 30% in-store attending to customer needs. In terms of reporting, you will be expected to generate leads, maintain a pipeline, and create a daily work plan. Your reporting structure will involve reporting to the APH SSO for lead generation and daily work plan, while for business generation through the leads, reporting will be to Bath SH. It is crucial that you regularly update consumer and site details in the LEAD App to ensure visibility on indexing and track the business potential generated. This is a full-time, permanent position with work location being in person.
