Role Overview: You will be joining Manappuram Insurance Brokers Limited (MAIBRO) as a Direct Sales Manager based in Chavakkad. In this full-time on-site role, your primary responsibility will be to lead and supervise a team of sales representatives. You will oversee sales strategies, lead generation activities, and ensure that team members meet or exceed their sales quotas.
