Job Overview:
We are hiring a Direct Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through direct field sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business through direct sales and field marketing activities
• Meet potential customers and present company products/services
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new sales opportunities in assigned territories
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation mandatory
• 2–5 years of experience in direct/field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Local travel required
