Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Direct Sales Manager to drive business growth through field sales activities. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage direct field sales activities
• Acquire new customers and build strong client relationships
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits and identify business opportunities
• Maintain sales reports and update daily activities
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Willingness to work in the field
