Company: Compunnel Softwares Years - 12+ Position: Director/Sr. Director - Sales Location: Noida Industry: IT Services + Staffing (preferred) Target Market for ideal candidates: Mid-Market Clients (Global Focus) Visa: B1 Visa is a plus Shift: 7 PM to 4 AM Must-Have Requirements : Experience: Minimum 12+ years of total experience At least 3+ years of recent experience in Digital Sales Minimum 3+ years of stability in current or previous organizations Sales Track Record: Proven success in achieving annual sales targets of $3$4 million Demonstrated ability in cold calling , lead generation , and executive engagement Industry Exposure: Experience in service-based industries Exposure to sales in North America or global regions Tools & Techniques: Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools Hands-on experience in creating and executing GTM strategies Strong acumen in incubating new verticals/solutions Personal Traits: High energy, go-to personality Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor Optional Preferences : B1 Visa holder (preferred for potential US travel/client meetings) Background in IT Staffing Exposure to partner alliances or strategic solution sales Familiarity with digital transformation trends and emerging technologies
