Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research to identify target clients and discover new business opportunities. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients to enhance engagement and loyalty. Proactively source, qualify, and convert leads into successful business transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with client needs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify areas for strategic growth. Drive contract negotiations and close deals to optimize revenue while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience and long-term retention. Preferred candidate profile Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Excellent negotiation skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strategic and analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Recent graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply. 13 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory. Ownership of a bike and laptop is required.
