Direct Loan Sales Executive

• 1. Direct Sales Performance

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly loan sales targets
• Sell multiple loan products including Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan and Loan Against Property
• Focus on quality disbursals and revenue generation
• Maintain healthy approval to rejection ratio

2. Direct Lead Generation

• Generate self sourced leads through open market field activities
• Approach customers directly through visits to societies, offices, shops and corporates
• Build referral network to generate repeat loan business

3. Customer Interaction and Loan Advisory

• Understand customer financial needs and eligibility
• Explain loan products, interest rates, tenure, EMI and charges clearly
• Recommend the right loan product based on customer profile
• Maintain transparent and ethical sales practices

4. Documentation and Eligibility Verification

• Collect complete and correct KYC, income and property documents
• Verify eligibility as per bank and NBFC guidelines
• Ensure zero fake, incomplete or non-compliant documentation

5. Follow Ups and Case Tracking

• Follow up with customers for pending documents and verification
• Track application status from login to disbursement
• Coordinate with operations, credit and bank teams to close cases

6. Field Activity and Area Coverage

• Conduct daily field visits as per assigned or planned routes
• Identify high potential areas for loan sourcing
• Maintain consistent market presence

7. Reporting and MIS

• Submit daily sales, login and disbursement reports
• Update CRM or tracking sheets accurately
• Track pipeline, approvals and disbursements

8. Compliance, Ethics and Brand Representation

• Follow RBI, bank and DSA compliance norms
• Avoid mis-selling or false commitments
• Represent company and lender brands professionally

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
