Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their Queries/Request/Complains.

Raise Request & Complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool. Generate leads and educate customers about new products & their benefits.

Skills Required : o Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong customer service focus on Knowledge of Banking / Credit cards preferred

Work Timings: Shifts Open to work in shifts / rotational offs (For Female shift window will be 6.30 am to 8:30 pm) Male 24*7 any 9 hours rotational shift.

Languages Required : Excellent English

Education: Graduates (Any stream)
