Job Description

Role Overview: As a DET (Design Engineer - Thermal), your main role is to oversee the system installation process, plan and execute commissioning activities, troubleshoot and resolve issues, document reports, communicate with clients for training, and coordinate with different engineering disciplines and project teams to ensure system integration and compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the physical installation of thermal equipment and components, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety protocols. - Develop and implement commissioning plans, including pre-functional checks and functional performance tests to verify system performance. - Conduct air and hydronic balancing, system performance assessments, and ensure proper airflow and water flow. - Identify and resolve issues related to system installation, operation, and performance. - Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning reports, manuals, and other documentation. - Work with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and train them on system operation and maintenance. - Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project teams to ensure seamless system integration. - Ensure all commissioning activities comply with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the field. - Diploma in R&AC/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics. - Preferably a candidate who passed out in 2025. About the Team: The team focuses on franchisee/BP development, evaluation training, audits, HOTO (Handing Over/Taking Over), project execution drive, and project feedback.
