Diploma Engineer Civil / MEP

The Diploma Engineer – QS will support quantity surveying activities including quantity take-offs, measurement, cost estimation, billing, documentation, and coordination with site and project teams. The role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and understanding of drawings, BOQs, and construction processes.

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and services drawings.
• Update and maintain quantities as per revised drawings or site changes.
• Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material requirement sheets
• Support in preparation of cost estimates for various work packages.
• Assist in rate analysis for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collect market rates for materials and subcontractors.

Pay: ₹12,087.32 - ₹15,531.78 per month
