Diploma Engineer Civil / MEP

Role Overview: As a Diploma Engineer QS, you will be responsible for supporting quantity surveying activities such as quantity take-offs, measurement, cost estimation, billing, documentation, and coordination with site and project teams. Your role will require accuracy, analytical skills, and an understanding of drawings, BOQs, and construction processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and services drawings. - Update and maintain quantities based on revised drawings or site changes. - Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material requirement sheets. - Support in the preparation of cost estimates for various work packages. - Assist in rate analysis for labor, materials, and equipment. - Collect market rates for materials and subcontractors. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Engineering or related field. - Knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and coordination abilities.
