Diploma Electricals (Multi Head Machine Operator)

We are hiring an Fresher Electrical Engineer for our Production unit as Operate Multi Head Packing Machine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, backhoe, cranes, rollers, concrete mixers, or other assigned equipment as per project requirements.
• Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company and site regulations.
• Pre-Operation Checks:
• Inspect machinery daily before use to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Check fuel, oil, coolant levels, hydraulic systems, and tire or track conditions.
• Maintenance and Care:
• Perform basic maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor adjustments.
• Report any defects, breakdowns, or maintenance needs to the supervisor immediately.
• Safety Compliance:
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure safe operation around other workers, vehicles, and equipment on-site.
• Work Execution:
• Operate machinery to assist in construction activities such as excavation, grading, material handling, and leveling.
• Support other construction team members in completing daily targets efficiently.
• Documentation:
• Maintain daily machine logbooks, operation hours, and maintenance records.
• Record any incidents or operational issues as required.
• Coordination:
• Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
• Assist in machine mobilization, demobilization, and relocation when required.
• Housekeeping:
• Keep the machine and its surroundings clean and organized.
• Ensure proper parking and shutdown procedures after use.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fresher Applicable
• Good educational score.
• Ability to read and follow site instructions and drawings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,325.50 - ₹29,389.58 per month
