Digitization:
1. Lead the overall digitization activities for India manuacturing.
2. This includes requirement gathering from factories, preparing current state, defining expectataions (TO-BE), review BRD and GAP analysis
3. Collaborate with IT, SAP & CDT and Manufacturing team during development.
4. Monitor the progress for digitization project and update the manufacturing leadership (Unit heads, Head-Mfg exellence and other stakeholders)
5. Digital dashboard development with the help of SAP & CDT team.
6. Participate in testing & trials of digital applications
CMMS (SAP PM):
1. Enhance SAP PM maturity in maintenance.
2. Prepare templates for Equipment master-data.
3. Work closely with Engineering and Store team for optimization of inventory.
4. Implement SAP PM best practices in maintenance.
5. Deliver SAP training to site end-users
