Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and optimize
Google Workspace
for all university teams, ensuring secure and seamless collaboration
Administer, configure, and optimize
Slack
and its allied apps to enhance communication and cross-functional productivity
Drive
adoption and best practices
across diverse verticals including campus operations, education, skilling, and industry partnerships
Design and deliver
onboarding programs, training sessions, and tailored workshops
for various user groups
Develop
user-friendly documentation, guides, and SOPs
aligned to real workflows
Lead
workflow automation
projects using Google Apps Script, Slack integrations, or similar tools to reduce manual tasks
Monitor
usage analytics
and provide proactive support and creative engagement strategies to underutilized teams
Serve as
domain expert and technical escalation point
, resolving issues swiftly and enabling self-service for users
Coordinate with
Google and Slack vendors/partners
for advanced troubleshooting, integrations, or customizations
Ensure
security, compliance, and audit readiness
of platforms across all departments
