As a Digital Transformation Officer, your role will involve driving projects to digitize workflows, enhance efficiency, and integrate modern technologies into SCG's operations in India. Key Responsibilities - Identify opportunities for process digitalization within the organization. - Provide support in the implementation of automation, ERP, or data-driven tools. - Collaborate with different business units to enhance user adoption of digital solutions. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) of digital projects and report progress to stakeholders. - Conduct research on emerging technologies that are relevant to SCG's operations. Qualifications - A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering. - At least 3 years of experience in digital or innovation roles; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. - Familiarity with ERP systems, process mapping, or digital tools. - Strong problem-solving abilities and skills in project coordination.
