You will be working at Aimplify Technologies in Bangalore, with the option of Hybrid/On-site work. In this position, you will not have a typical UX design role. Your main responsibility will be designing user experiences for AI-powered agents that can think, act, and interact independently. You will be in charge of the end-to-end UX for features driven by LLMs, workflows, and agentic intelligence. Your tasks will involve creating user-friendly experiences where individuals engage with AI agents for activities like lead generation, financial reconciliation, shift scheduling, and supply chain management. Additionally, you will develop patterns for AI explainability, intent visualizations, and agent-user collaboration. Striking a balance between automation and user control is crucial, as you will design systems where humans can guide, correct, or trust autonomous decisions. You will also need to rapidly prototype, test, and refine based on real user feedback from B2B workflows. Collaboration with product, engineering, and AI teams is essential to deliver delightful and impactful features. Building trust through thoughtful error states, feedback loops, and transparency mechanisms is key. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 years of UX/Product Design experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven tools. A robust portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, system design, and the ability to simplify complex workflows is essential. A genuine interest in AI, automation, or agentic interfaces is required you do not need to be technical, but curiosity is a must. Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools, along with empathy for users interacting with partial automation, is necessary. Strong communication and storytelling skills are vital for aligning stakeholders across different disciplines. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Protopie, or similar design and prototyping platforms is expected. Desirable qualifications include exposure to conversational UX, LLMs, or agent orchestration tools, experience with enterprise tools like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms, a background in systems thinking, interaction design, or workflow optimization, experience working in early-stage startups or fast-moving product teams, and technical fluency or a background in HCI, cognitive psychology, or systems design.
