Digital & Technology Business Partner, Manufacturing

You will play a critical role in working with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, communicate & validate enterprise capabilities for changes to new business processes, data & technologies with a focus on medium to high levels of complexity. This position is accountable for the successful Business Partnering and Product Delivery within the APACSA Manufacturing domain. The purpose of this position is to represent Manufacturing Technology at all levels of APACSA. Working with key business stakeholders to align their Manufacturing strategy with our McCain Manufacturing Technology strategic direction, gather, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to and the implementation of new business processes, practices and products at all levels of complexity. This role also leads the deployment Manufacturing technology capabilities across APACSA and ensures their business stakeholders are taking full advantage of all Manufacturing products and supporting the strategy realisation and the company transformation.

Experience

• Demonstrated success in building high performing teams & influencing and engaging stakeholders.
• 5+ years experience within Technology, either as a Head of IT, Technology Leader for a business / Function or business leader of major Transformational Program initiatives.
• Proven experience working on major digital and technology product delivery. Proven expertise in collaboration and influencing business stakeholders, as well as mentoring people.
• Proven inter-personal skills in dealing with people at all levels of the organization.
• Significant technology related change and project leadership experience
• 5+ years business relationship management experience working with senior leadership teams
• 5+ years working with an outsource partner
• 3+ years in Consulting
• FMCG / CPG industry, where the advice given and decisions made had a measurable impact on the profitability or effectiveness of the organisation.
• Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma principals would be desirable, but not mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in Manufacturing Management in SAP S/4 Hana & SAP ERP including PPS, MRP, QM, aATP and Fiori.
• Demonstrated experience in deployment of digital products.
• Demonstrated experience of Digital manufacturing and IioT.
