As a Digital Software Engineer Sr Analyst at Citi, your role involves applying your in-depth disciplinary knowledge to develop new techniques and processes to enhance workflows in your area of responsibility. You will be integrating subject matter expertise within a defined area, evaluating complex issues, and assuming leadership responsibilities within teams. Your impact will be significant, influencing decisions and providing specialized services to others. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and drive program deliverables, application design, and development efforts to completion - Serve as a development lead on medium-scale projects and support larger efforts - Influence design and development of applications by providing subject-specific expertise - Build expertise across Digital/Assisted and External Partner consuming Citi APIs - Analyze and troubleshoot coding, application performance, and design challenges - Participate in design discussions, driving design decisions and turning complex application designs into well-written applications - Collaborate with various stakeholders to come up with end-to-end designs and optimize processes - Review metrics, processes, test plans, and operations to assess and improve development processes - Share knowledge with the team and conduct skill enhancement workshops Qualifications: - Extensive knowledge of Consumer Banking Domain, APIs, and Customer Experience on Digital Platforms - Expertise in Requirement Gathering, Agile practices, User Story creations, SDLC - High level understanding of Microservices, Open Banking, Oauth2 - Hands-on experience with tools such as Bitbucket, Jira, Swagger Editor, Confluence, MS Office - Strong communication skills, team player mindset, and ability to inspire skill enhancement - Strong understanding of API design practices, XML, Restful JSON, SOA concepts, Web Services - 5-8 years of experience in product development/product management environment - Strong analytical and quantitative skills, experience leading infrastructure programs Education: - Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience Citi is an equal opportunity employer.
