Job Description As a Digital Support Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with new and existing leads, providing process guidance, and building strong client relationships. Your role will require excellent communication skills, the ability to meet daily targets, and proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Reach out to fresh and follow-up leads through outbound calls, video calls, and webinars. - Achieve daily call targets and complete assigned tasks within deadlines. - Provide clear process guidance and support to prospects and clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups. - Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up activities. - Take initiative to drive results and contribute to team success. Qualifications Required - Graduate (any discipline). - 02 years of experience in customer support / telesales / inside sales. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask and work within timelines. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
