Digital Strategy- CON/AM- IT Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager at KPMG in India, you will leverage your 8+ years of total work experience, with at least 6 years dedicated to IT project management/ program management. Your role involves understanding project objectives, technical landscape, and key stakeholders to influence project success effectively. You are expected to develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and function as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, along with a solution-oriented mindset, will be crucial for identifying solutions and building relationships to achieve project objectives. - Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements for projects. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables. - Function as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering open communication and maintaining positive relationships. - Collaborate with human resources and department managers to assemble project teams with the necessary skills and expertise. - Implement and enforce protocols, safety measures, and quality assurance processes to ensure project compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. - Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively manage project risks to keep projects on track. - Ensure compliance with the organization's project management methodology and standards. - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. - Implement strategies to address schedule variances and keep projects on time. - Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change orders. - Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project. - PMP or a Prince 2 or CSM or any other recognized project management certification. - Prior experience in the Aviation sector in a business/ IT role is required. Experience in aviation functions such as Commercial, Revenue Management, Network Planning, Aviation Sales is preferable but not necessary. - Strong communication skills, oral and written, in English.,
