Job Description

As a Digital Solution Analyst, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, and Office 365. Your role is crucial in enhancing business processes by reducing manual errors, improving system controls, and boosting productivity. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in coaching citizen developers, advocating digital tools, and fostering innovation across global teams. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with process architects, solution designers, and citizen developers to identify automation opportunities. - Design scalable automation solutions applicable across geographies and business units. - Train and enable citizen developers and Automation CoE teams to implement reusable solutions. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their impact through proof-of-concept initiatives. - Support large-scale automation projects and contribute to solution architecture. - Ensure compliance, documentation, and alignment with governance standards for all automation solutions. - Provide training and guidance on automation tools and best practices. - Maintain high-quality output, meet deadlines for deliverables impacting stakeholders, and continuously review and enhance existing automation solutions. - Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a positive team culture across global teams.
