As a Digital Solution Consultant Senior Analyst at NTT DATA, your role will involve overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce environment. You will be responsible for managing a team of Salesforce administrators, ensuring system stability, and driving platform enhancements aligned with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Leadership & Management** - Lead a team of Salesforce administrators and analysts. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM strategy, roadmap, and priorities. - Ensure governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices across all Salesforce orgs. - **System Administration & Configuration** - Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access settings. - Maintain and enhance workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation. - Oversee change management, sandbox refreshes, and deployment processes. - Conduct regular system audits and data quality checks. - **Integration & Enhancement** - Coordinate with technical teams to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.). - Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions where appropriate. - Lead Salesforce updates and ensure compatibility with business processes. - **Support & Training** - Provide guidance and support to end-users across departments. - Create documentation, training materials, and conduct workshops for users. - Serve as the primary escalation point for Salesforce-related issues. **About NTT DATA:** NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
