Digital Repair Specialist

The position requires you to shortlist, onboard, and certify Partner/Technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring their availability, managing upgrades or terminations, and conducting initial training, reskilling, upskilling, and periodic refresher programs. Hands-on field training through OJTs will also be a part of your responsibilities. Tracking KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians, taking corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes, and guiding issue resolution within TAT to ensure customer satisfaction are crucial aspects of the role. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct audits, inventory reconciliation, and FTTx device inspections. Handling walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM entries, and software upgrades, as well as training and supporting extended service points will be part of your routine. Traveling to touchpoints as per requirements and managing complaint resolution, out-calling, and coaching Jio Associates as needed are also essential duties. The educational requirement for this position is an ITI/Diploma, preferably in ECE/Telecommunication/IT/CS, while the experience requirement ranges from 1.5 to 4 years.
