Digital Producer EMEA(Off Roll)
We are seeking a Digital Producer to join our EMEA digital team. The role is primarily responsible for authoring and managing web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) while ensuring best practices in UX, web design, SEO, and digital marketing execution. The right candidate is both technically skilled and highly organized, with strong project management capabilities and excellent English communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build, edit, and maintain web pages using
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
. - Coordinate and manage
multiple digital projects
, ensuring deadlines, quality, and stakeholder alignment. - Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, content creators, developers, and marketing teams to deliver engaging, brand-consistent digital experiences.
- Apply
UX and web design principles
to optimize customer journeys, accessibility, and usability. - Manage workflows, timelines, and approvals to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support
SEO optimization
across web content for better search performance. - Assist in
email campaign creation
and execution within marketing automation tools. - Provide insights through
web performance analysis
(Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar) and recommend improvements. - Ensure digital assets comply with
brand, accessibility, and quality standards
. - Explain to Business partners how requirements may be implemented from a functional stand point. Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
- Liaise with digital marketing teams for adapting content and integration in alignment and cooperation with Global/US teams.
- Drive internal and external stakeholders, including agencies to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments
- Support local markets to execute local digital strategies and online localization initiatives.
- Manage different projects simultaneously.
- Ensure all stakeholders are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns
- Provide cost estimates, quotations and monitor budgets. Able to provide high level estimates with limited input for projects/major changes and liaise with technical experts (internal or external) to get accurate estimate.
- Execute user acceptance tests on the new launches to ensure the highest level of quality and error-free deliverables.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues quickly, or provide alternative solutions when necessary
- Grant the defined structure and stability of the EMEA digital ecosystem in every new digital asset launch.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in science, engineering, digital marketing, business or communication.
- 2+ Years of strong experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) - Web development, User Experience and Web Design .
- Basic knowledge on Marketing Cloud and sales force.
- Good understanding about marketing automation.
- Great experience managing projects to launch websites and emailing
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiar with GDPR regulation around data privacy.
