Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Performance Director, based in New Delhi. The Digital Performance Director will oversee digital marketing strategies to optimize performance and growth. Key responsibilities include market analysis, developing marketing plans, managing campaigns, conducting research, and driving sales outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and performance measurement.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Management
Strong skills in Market Research and general Marketing practices
Experience with Sales strategies, processes, and execution
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize digital campaigns
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in not-for-profit organizations is a plus
