Pi Media360 Solutions LLP is hiring an Assistant Manager – Digital Paid Media to lead and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. If you’re data-driven, certified, and love turning ad budgets into measurable growth, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch & manage campaigns on Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram

• Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and deliver against KPIs

• Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting & landing pages

• Prepare detailed performance reports with insights & recommendations

• Stay updated on platform trends and apply best practices

• Take on additional responsibilities as company needs evolve

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Mandatory certifications: Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Strong grasp of metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

• Skilled in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio (or similar tools)

• Analytical mindset with great communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
