Responsibilities: Manage and optimize digital workflows and processes: Maintain Digital BPIs for Search (SEO & SEM) MIS management - Support data collection for MROI , Track and maintain Global KPI dashboards (Adverity , Media Principles) NCID management for each campaign/ adhering to global requirements Manage planning and implementation cycle for Performance marketing for brands including Media , Content and ROAS management Creatives Anayltics for Content Studio outputs Influencer Marketing Management: Support influencer asset creation with empaneled agencies Identify potential influencer partners who align with our brand and target audience. Support influencer marketing campaigns, including outreach, negotiation, contract building and content creation. Track and measure the performance of influencer marketing campaigns. eCommerce Plan tracks ROI analysis including Quarterly reviews SDH/Smart data hub Involvement in implementation and adoption of new features for data collection and activation Qualifications, traits and experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital operations or a related field Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices Experience with digital analytics tools and platforms, digital influencers Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to details Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
