Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and execution of network technology initiatives, ensuring successful technology rollouts and team readiness.
Troubleshoot network issues, referring to KEDBs and knowledge bases to resolve known or repetitive issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to L3 Network SMEs, supporting the process and coordinating with third-party vendors when necessary.
Ensure process compliance by tracking and updating tickets, preparing shift handover reports, and maintaining SLA adherence.

Job Requirements:

B.Sc in Chemistry or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
Certifications like CCNA, F5 Certified Admin, Riverbed RCSA-W, ZIA Admin, or Prisma SD-WAN are desirable.
Proficiency in network administration, security management, WAN optimization, and troubleshooting.
Strong communication and process management skills for effective coordination with vendors and internal teams.
