Digital Network - Administrator

As a Technology Network Administrator - Level 2 Support, your role involves managing the overall network technology for the business. Your responsibilities include planning and executing new technology rollouts, expanding scope, and ensuring team readiness from a technology standpoint. You will be in charge of managing SOPs, knowledge documents, and KB articles. It is essential to implement technical methodology improvements based on past failures and learnings. Key Responsibilities: - Identify network issues through troubleshooting and determine necessary actions for issue resolution. - Refer to KEDB or knowledge bases for known or repetitive issues and resolution steps. - Implement resolution steps, validate outcomes, and update tickets with the steps taken. - Escalate unresolved or unknown issues to L3 Network SME and support troubleshooting processes, including coordinating with 3rd party network vendor technicians. - Gather information from vendors, customers, troubleshoot/analysis, and resolution steps to update tickets regularly. - Prepare detailed shift handover reports and follow through on various escalation matrices. - Ensure timely closure of tickets post-user communication and track SLA adherence. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Sc - Certification: Basic Level Certification in VNX100 / Riverbed RCSA-W / NSE3 / CCNA / ECMS1 / VMware SD-WAN Foundations / Extreme Networks Certified Specialist (ECS) - Skills: Proficiency in Technology, Cisco R and S Network Administration, Viptella SDWAN Administration at Level 2 Support.
