Digital Media Marketing Manager (Hotel & Resort Paid Media)

Role Overview

Digital Media Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Google Ads Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and display campaigns to drive bookings and visibility.
  • Monitor ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions, and adjust bids and targeting accordingly.
  • Paid Social Media Campaigns

  • Manage and scale paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Handle budget allocation, audience segmentation, creative performance, and campaign optimization.
  • Tagging & Tracking (Google Tag Manager)

  • Configure and maintain tags to support accurate conversion tracking and attribution across web and ad platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT or dev teams as needed to implement tracking solutions.
  • Analytics & Reporting (Google Analytics)

  • Monitor campaign impact on website behavior—traffic sources, conversions, user journeys, etc.
  • Generate insights to optimize campaign tactics.
  • Dashboarding (Looker Studio / Google Data Studio)

  • Build interactive dashboards to visualize performance metrics, trends, and KPI progress in real time.
  • Share insights with stakeholders and adjust strategies using data.
  • Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work cross-functionally with creative, content, and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and branding.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and recommend media channel shifts or optimizations.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital/paid media management, especially in hospitality or travel verticals.
  • Technical Skills

  • Google Ads: campaign creation, optimization, performance measurement.
  • Paid Social: hands-on with platforms like Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Google Tag Manager: tag setup, troubleshooting, event tracking.
  • Google Analytics (GA4): data tracking, analysis, conversion funnel assessment.
  • Looker Studio: dashboard creation, data visualization, KPI reporting.
  • Certifications (preferred)

  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or both).
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ).
  • Soft Skills & Traits

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication—ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Creativity in campaign ideation and messaging.
  • Time management and ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
