Digital Marketing Trainer

Experience = 2 To 4 Years

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver practical, industry-relevant training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, conducting training sessions, and mentoring learners to build job-ready digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, online, or hybrid training in digital marketing concepts
• Train students on SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing
• Conduct hands-on sessions using tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Ads
• Develop and update training curriculum based on industry trends
• Create assignments, case studies, and real-time projects
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and mentoring
• Guide students in building portfolios, certifications, and interview preparation
• Support placement activities and career guidance
• Maintain training documentation and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing (agency or corporate environment)
• Strong practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Analytics
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
• Experience with LMS platforms and online teaching tools (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta certifications
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience
• Experience handling live projects and real client campaigns
• Knowledge of marketing automation and AI-based marketing tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹29,281.74 - ₹56,101.98 per month
