Flymedia Technology is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee and guide our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and a proven track record in campaign planning and execution.

key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, etc.)
• Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, content creators, and SEO/SMO experts
• Assign tasks, monitor project timelines, and ensure team performance aligns with goals
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
• Coordinate with clients to understand their goals and deliver impactful digital solutions
• Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
• Develop and manage budgets for digital campaigns
• Generate monthly reports and present results to management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills
