As a Brand Strategist at our Digital Marketing Agency located in Thane, you will be responsible for turning insights into impactful stories and performance-driven strategies. You should possess a strategic mindset with a creative touch and a strong understanding of digital marketing. Additionally, you will be required to handle a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth research for assigned brands and markets - Develop big-picture brand, marketing, and advertising strategies aligned with client goals - Create monthly content calendars with clutter-breaking, story-led ideas - Collaborate with clients for regular feedback, approvals, and strategic inputs - Work on pitch decks for new campaigns and business opportunities - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver result-oriented brand strategies - Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions - Track KPIs and ROI, and present monthly performance reviews Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience as a Brand Strategist or in a similar role - Mandatory digital marketing experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience in leading client meetings - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities - Strategic thinker and compelling storyteller - Excellent research and presentation skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines - Strong understanding of social media platforms Location: You will be working in a hybrid remote setup in Thane, Maharashtra, with possible visits to Mumbai, Pune, and Navi Mumbai. Salary: Up to 40,000 per month, based on experience and skill set. Please note that this job is full-time and requires your presence at our Thane office for the hybrid remote work setup.
