Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you should possess a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will collaborate with the marketing team, supporting teams like programmers, and vendors to ensure the timely and budget-friendly launch of campaigns. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing all digital marketing activities such as SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the social media presence, measuring and reporting the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on these insights. You are expected to brainstorm new growth strategies, execute experiments and conversion tests, collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience, evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels, and optimize user funnels. Furthermore, you will collaborate with agencies and vendor partners, evaluate emerging technologies, and provide thought leadership for their adoption when appropriate. The ideal candidate should have proven working experience in digital marketing, demonstrable experience in leading and managing various digital campaigns, creativity in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns, experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and familiarity with website analytics tools and ad serving tools. Proficiency in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement are also required.
