Job Description

We are searching for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to become a valuable member of our team. As a Digital Marketing Expert, your primary role will involve developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing campaigns that aim to promote our brand and services effectively. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, along with the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing various digital marketing efforts such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. You will also be tasked with managing and maintaining the company's website while ensuring that SEO best practices are consistently followed. It will be crucial to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against pre-defined goals such as ROI and KPIs. Additionally, you will need to identify trends and insights to optimize expenditure and performance based on these findings. Collaboration with internal teams to create landing pages and enhance user experience will be essential in this role. Utilizing your strong analytical skills, you will evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across various channels and customer touchpoints. Furthermore, managing and enhancing lead generation campaigns while measuring outcomes, as well as brainstorming innovative growth strategies, will be part of your daily tasks. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of proven working experience in digital marketing and a solid understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices. Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email campaigns, and various social media platforms is required. Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console is a must. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement is crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
