Digital Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, website traffic, and qualified leads through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)

Optimize website content, landing pages, and ad copy for SEO and conversions

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot

Manage company social media profiles and create engaging content calendars

Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing metrics

Preferred Skills

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress

Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization

Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
