Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can own our complete lead generation funnelright from campaigns to conversions. If you can drive traffic, nurture leads, talk to prospects, and close deals without breaking a sweat, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive

  qualified leads

  .
• Manage daily lead inflow, follow-ups, and

  handle inbound lead calls

  to convert prospects into paying customers.
• Track and optimize campaign performance to

  reduce CPL and improve ROI

  .
• Manage company social media presence (planning, posting, engagement & brand building).
  
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion performance.
  
• Maintain CRM records and

  ensure monthly sales targets are met

  .
• Prepare campaign reports, competitor analysis, and strategy recommendations.
  

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proven experience in

  performance marketing + lead conversion

  .
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and lead funnels.
  
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools & lead management.
  
• Excellent communication & convincing skills for

  lead call handling

  .
• Ability to work on monthly numbers and drive revenue with clear accountability.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads (added advantage)
  
• Past experience in EdTech, SaaS, Retail, Fashion, Real Estate, or IT Services preferred (not mandatory)
