Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

The Digital Specialist supports digital presence across online listings, social media, and internal communication channels. This role combines data-driven strategy with hands-on execution to strengthen online reputation, optimize visibility, and support communication initiatives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with digital tools such as Google Business Profile, Yelp for Business, and social media management platforms. They will also support SEO, reporting, and helpdesk ticket workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Listings & Reputation Management

Manage and optimize online business listings (Google, Yelp, AT&T.com, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.

›

Monitor reviews and ratings for tracking and trend analyses

›

Implement SEO best practices across online listings and content to improve visibility and ranking.

›

Social Media & Internal Communications

›

Assist in the execution of social media and internal communication strategies that support Prime’s brand and culture.

›

Support content creation and scheduling for company wide and local campaigns.

›

Track engagement and performance metrics to guide content planning and decision-making.

›

Digital Help Desk & Ticketing Support

›

Manage incoming digital-related help desk tickets

›

Provide timely support to field and corporate teams

Ideal Candidates will have:

›

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

›

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, online listings management, or reputation management.

›

Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics or equivalent).

›

Experience with Google Business Profile, Yelp for Business, and/or social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, etc.).

›

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

›

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

›

Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
