As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a dynamic social media strategy to enhance our online presence and drive marketing and sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and managing a social media strategy aligned with business goals - Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content to foster meaningful connections and drive community engagement - Monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content and campaigns - Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to create social "buzz" around new products and promotional events - Staying updated on industry trends and customer preferences for effective social media strategies - Managing social media advertising campaigns, budgets, and placements - Analyzing online campaign effectiveness in real-time and producing comprehensive reports - Engaging with the online community, responding to comments and customer queries promptly - Moderating user-generated content based on company and community policies - Building relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists - Leveraging social media metrics tools to track performance and identify improvement areas - Advising colleagues on social media best practices and promoting its use within the company Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar position - Expertise in various social media platforms - Ability to create compelling content in text, image, and video formats - Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics - Familiarity with online marketing channels and strategies - Excellent communication and copywriting skills - Strong analytical and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of the hardware, building materials, construction, and industrial products market is advantageous This is a full-time position with a remote work location.,
