Overview:

Responsibilities:

  1. Consumer Insights:

    • Analyze consumer behaviour to identify key insights and trends.
    • Use consumer data to develop targeted marketing strategies and personalized campaigns.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing decisions.
  2. Digital Campaign Management:

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search, and display advertising.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling campaign content and messaging.
    • Monitor campaign performance, optimize tactics, and track KPIs to ensure campaign success.
  3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

    • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to enhance website performance.
    • Monitor search engine algorithms and industry updates to stay ahead of SEO trends and best practices.
  4. SEM (Search Engine Marketing):

    • Plan and execute SEM campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copy optimization, and bid management to maximize ROI.
    • Optimize SEM campaigns based on performance metrics and market trends.
  5. Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to engage consumers, drive brand awareness, and foster community engagement.
    • Create and curate engaging content (e.g., posts, videos, stories) that resonates with the target audience.
  6. Email Marketing:

    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and increase customer loyalty.
    • Segment email lists based on consumer demographics, behaviours, and preferences.
    • Optimize email campaigns for deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  7. Content Creation:

    • Develop high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, articles, videos, infographics) that educates, entertains, and engages consumers.
    • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to produce visually appealing and shareable content.
    • Ensure content is aligned with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.
  8. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor digital marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on consumer marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, including social media, email, search, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging consumers.

Completion of a recognized digital marketing course is considered a strong value-add.
