MBG Ecoworld Group is a rapidly growing real estate organization committed to delivering high-quality residential and commercial properties. To strengthen our digital presence and accelerate qualified lead acquisition, we are seeking a result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Develop and manage high-performing real estate lead generation campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.

Monitor daily campaign performance and analyze metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROI, and overall funnel efficiency.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign outcomes through data-driven insights and A/B testing.

Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and landing page content.

Conduct market and competitor research to enhance campaign strategy and positioning.

Support SEO initiatives to strengthen organic visibility and website performance.

Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting through CRM and marketing automation tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing; real estate industry experience is highly preferred.

Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.

Proven experience in lead generation campaigns and achieving measurable results.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-first mindset.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Basic understanding of creative tools such as Canva (or ability to coordinate with creative teams).
