Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns with focus on performance marketing, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Drive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical) to boost rankings, organic traffic, and Modulas digital presence.
  • Manage social media marketing ads (organic + paid) to build awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create blogs, landing pages, and digital assets that support discoverability and conversion.
  • Track and report performance using analytics tools (GA, Tag Manager, Search Console, Ads Manager) with actionable insights.
  • Oversee the lead flow process, ensuring smooth handover of high-quality leads to sales.
  • Execute brand awareness campaigns that strengthen positioning in the market.
  • Partner with sales, design, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools, applying fresh strategies for growth.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in digital and performance marketing, with a strong grasp of growth-focused campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and key analytics tools.
  • An analytical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to experiment, iterate, and optimize.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • A proactive team player who is eager to take ownership and grow alongside a scaling startup.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Odoo etc.).
  • Basic understanding of content writing, blogs, or copywriting to support campaigns.
  • A creative eye for design and digital storytelling.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and workflows.

  • Generate qualified leads that convert and fuel business growth.
  • Optimize CPL and ROAS across campaigns.
  • Drive organic traffic and SEO performance.
  • Boost brand visibility and engagement across channels.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales for aligned, impactful campaigns.
  • Share data-driven insights to help the marketing team improve and scale.
