Digital Marketing Specialist – Meta & Google Ads

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads/sales, and meet ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
• Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
• Perform regular performance analysis using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads dashboard.
• Optimize campaigns to meet KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
• Develop monthly reports and insights with recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
• Proficiency in keyword research and audience targeting.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and budget management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads Certification & Meta Blueprint Certification.
• Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with landing page tools (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage).
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
