Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our online marketing strategies. Your expertise in digital marketing, combined with excellent communication skills, will be crucial in thriving in our fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities will include creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will oversee and optimize our website, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will curate and distribute high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels. Analyzing website analytics and social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and shape future strategies will be a significant part of your role. You will also conduct market research and competitor analysis to remain informed about industry trends and best practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and creative departments will be essential to ensure alignment and maximize impact. Managing and refining paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other platforms will also fall under your responsibilities. It is required that you have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a similar industry, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies is essential, as well as a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels like SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising. Your communication, writing, and project management skills should be excellent, and you must be capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will be valued in this role. While not mandatory, experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, certifications in Google Analytics and/or HubSpot, and familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation are considered advantageous.
